In-stock orders will ship within 1-3 business days. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

All orders can be cancelled prior to shipping. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us within 30 minutes. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it cannot be cancelled.

Our policy is valid for 45 days. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange if it is 45 days after you received the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Special order returns due to customer preference, inappropriateness, or any other reason we also accept. Customer bears all round-trip shipping costs.
Zhytextile reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of items that are not in new condition due to customer damage or misuse.
